Grace Can Ride A Two-Wheeler

So after my many failed attempts to teach Grace to ride her two-wheeler she taught herself one day. That is how it goes right? Why can't I learn that everything will happen in it's own due time! She thinks she is the coolest thing and loves to show everyone how she can ride. She is getting more and more brave with how fast she goes and how tight a corner she turns. She is also still working on using her brakes. She has had a few spills but she picks herself up and lives to ride another day!

That's great! I'm glad she's learning to use her brakes. When brenda was learning we didn't realize she didn't know how to brake until she went down a very steep hill by our house and had a mighty crash.

When I read that, I thought of all the neurons connecting and so on. I also thought of all the times one of my professors talked about learning to ride a bike. I'll be a creep somewhere else now.

Congrats to Grace! We got Drew a bike with training wheels for her birthday and she seems scared of it. I wonder if she will ever learn to ride on 2 wheels.

Grace, You really look great. Emily and I ride our bikes too. We always wear a helmet in case we crash. We'll be seeing you soon at the family reunion at camp Alpine. Aunt Brenda has some neat hair barretts for you girls to make. Love Grandpa Olsen.

Good job, Grandpa, with the subtle helmet plug. I was going to say "where the heck is that girl's helmet?!!!"
