The first days of school!

So here is Grace on her first day of school. First grade already, gone all day, I can't believe it! She is going to a new school to be able to participate in a French immersion program. She was very brave to start a new school and after 2 weeks so far she is loving it! I miss having the two of them home all day but it is fun spending time with Kate!

Here is Grace and Laura getting picked up after
Laura's first day of school. Sorry the rest of these
will be mixed up. It goes from coming home from school to Laura leaving for her first day.

Here they are getting in the car!

Here is Laura waiting to go into her class. She is so excited to be a Kindergartner. She has homework every day and needs to do some story/reading time each night. She has already made a few good friends.
Here we are heading to school. Laura started a week after Grace and we heard about it all week! "When will it be my turn to go to school"? etc!

That's great for Grace to have Monsieur Carl to add some flavor to her learning experience. :) They both look very happy with life these days. It's always good a good thing to enjoy learning.

French immersion, now that's great! I'll have to find a German immersion program for Aria when she reaches that age!

She is going to Diamond Ridge. It just opened this year just past the Wal-Mart up on 6200S. They had a French Immersion program I got her into that starts in first grade. They also gave me a special permit for Laura to go to Kindergarten there so I don't have to drive to two schools and then Laura should be able to start in the French program next year. I really like it there and so do the girls!
